(ACTION)  Roll Call

The Chair called the meeting to order at 6:45pm and roll was called.  Comm Fetico was present at the gavel.  Comms. Stiglich and Lingad Ricci were not.  Given the lack of quorum, the Chair adjourned the meeting at 6:46pm.

(ACTION) Review and approval of Minutes of July 12, 2007 meeting.
