Are you a person with a disability who uses ride hail services like Uber and Lyft? SFMTA wants to hear from you!

Dear Colleagues,

The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) kindly asks for participation from individuals with disabilities to complete the following survey regarding their experience using ride hail services, such as Uber and Lyft. Your observations will help to provide clear feedback on how the services are currently working for individuals with disabilities. SFMTA acknowledges that these ride observation reports only addresses access for customers with smartphones, and there are other issues which will be addressed in another forum.
