AIDS Legal Referral Panel provides free and low cost legal services to people living with HIV/AIDS.  Services include legal assistance related to housing, employment, medical malpractice, and benefits, etc.

Asian Pacific Islander Legal Outreach Disability Rights Project target population includes clients who are low-income, non- or limited-English speaking, people of color, and LGBT individuals. Legal assistance includes public benefits maintenance and appeals, eviction assistance and prevention, and abuse prevention and intervention.

Bay Area Legal Aid provides free legal services to low income individuals. Services include legal advice pertaining to housing and public benefits.

Disability Rights California provides patients' rights advocacy, clients' rights advocacy, and legal advocacy.

Eviction Defense Collaborative helps low-income tenants respond to eviction lawsuits. They provide emergency legal services and rental assistance.

Housing Equality Law Project offers free consultations and investigates claims of housing discrimination on behalf of individuals and organizations.

La Raza Centro Legal Senior Law Program is a community-based legal organization dedicated to empowering Latino, immigrant and low-income communities of San Francisco. They protect the public benefits of elderly and disabled individuals, defend against illegal evictions, and protect victims of abuse.

Legal Aid at Work is a nonprofit, legal services organization that provides free and confidential information to workers about their legal rights.

Legal Assistance to the Elderly provides legal representation at no cost to San Francisco residents that are either age sixty or older, or age eighteen through fifty-nine and have a disability. Services include assistance with evictions, illegal rent increases, landlords not making repairs, problems with benefits, and physical or financial abuse.

People with Disabilities Foundation  offers a sliding scale for attorney fees starting at $0.They provide legal services related to SSI, Social Security, Medi-Cal based on disability, ADA employment, and health care.

Swords to Plowshares provides free legal consultation and attorney representation to veterans seeking assistance with Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) benefits and military discharge upgrade cases.

The Justice and Diversity Center of The Bar Association of San Francisco offers pro bono legal services to low income and homeless San Francisco residents. Legal services include but are not limited to eviction defense and housing related issues.
