There is a new home care voucher program called Support at Home administered by the Institute on Aging (IOA). The goal of the program is to serve San Francisco adults with disabilities and older adults who are not eligible for other subsidized home care programs, like Medi-Cal In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS), due to income/resource limits or other program requirements.
