Our residents and lawmakers have adopted some of the strongest labor laws in the United States.  The San Francisco Office of Labor Standards Enforcement will work with you to ensure that your rights are met.

  • We will never ask you about your immigration status or report your immigration status to other government agencies

If you (1) work in San Francisco or (2) work for a business with a contract or lease with the City of San Francisco, our labor laws apply to you.  Know your rights.
