Discussion and Possible Action to Adopt Decision Denying Motion for Dismissal of Disciplinary Charges filed against Captain Gregory Corrales (File No. C04-123 JWF), Lieutenant Henry J. Parra, Jr. (File No. C04-124 JWF), Lieutenant Edmund J. Cota (File No. C04-120 JWF), Sergeant John F. Syme (File No. C04-121 JWF), Inspector Paul Falconer (File No. C04-119 JWF), Officer Gene P. Cornyn (File No. C04-125 JWF), and Officer Daniel Miller (File No. C04-122 JWF) (ACTION ITEM)
The Commission may decide to discuss Item Nos. 2 and 3 in Closed Session pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 and S.F. Administrative Code Section 67(b). In which case:
a. Public Comment on all matters pertaining to the Closed Session
b. Reconvene to Open Session
c. Vote whether to disclose any or all of the discussion held in Closed Session

Discussion and possible action to take off calendar indefinitely the disciplinary charges filed against Sergeant Michael Toropovsky (File No. C03-362 EGF), who was approved for Disability Retirement. Said disciplinary charges will be placed back on calendar should the officer be within the jurisdiction of the Police Commission in the future. (ACTION ITEM)

PLEASE NOTE: The Police Commission will be holding a Special Meeting this month at a location other than City Hall.

The Commission will hold its Community Meeting at the Tenderloin District, Community Meeting Room, 201 Turk Street, San Francisco, at 6:00 p.m., on Wednesday, March 30, 2005, to hear comments from the public and Tenderloin Captain Kathryn Brown concerning public protections issues in the Tenderloin District.
