1) At a future meeting, the Commission will consider amendments to the

ules and Procedures for Patrol Special Officers and Their Assistants , (amended
November 10, 1999
) at rule 3.03 I. Please check upcoming agendas for the specific hearing date. The new language to be considered appears below.
I. Annually present evidence of insurance in the following amount:

ensation for the Patrol Specials and their e

loyees, in statutory amounts, with E

loyers' Liability limits not less than $1,000,000 each accident.

Commercial General Liability insurance with limits not less than $1,000,000 each occurrence, Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury and Property Damage, including Contractual Liability, Personal Injury, liability for assault and battery, false arrest, false i
mp
risonment, malicious prosecution, libel and slander, and invasion of privacy.

Combined Automobile Liability Insurance with limits not less than $1,000,000 each occurrence, Combined Single Limit for bodily injury and property damage , including Owned, Non-owned and Hired auto coverage, as applicable.

Commercial General Liability Insurance with limits not less than $1,000,000 for property damage.
Each of said policies of insurance shall contain a clause substantially in the following words:
It is hereby agreed and understood that this policy may not be cancelled, nor the amount of coverage reduced, until 30 days after receipt by the San Francisco Police Commission and San Francisco City Attorney of a written notice of such cancellation or reduction of coverage as evidenced by receipt of a registered letter.
2) At a future meeting, the Commission will consider revisions to Department General Orders 3.10, Firearm Discharge

eview Board and 8.11 Investigation of Officer Involved Shootings and Discharges . These revisions are posted on the Commission's web page at sfgov.org/police. Please check upcoming agendas for the specific hearing date. Copies are also available at the Commission Office during regular business hours.

The Commission will hear public comment on all agenda items before or during discussion of the item. Public comment is limited to three minutes for individuals and five minutes for representatives of organizations.
