Discussion and possible recommendation to the Chief of Police regarding return of officer to field duty following officer-involved shooting (Number 05-05).
(ACTION ITEM)
The Firearm Discharge Review Board may consider all or part of Item 1 in Closed Session pursuant to Government Code section 54957(b)(1) and S.F. Administrative Code section 67.10(b), in which case:
a. Public Comment on all matters pertaining to Closed Session.
b. Vote on whether to hold Closed Session. (ACTION ITEM)
c. Convene closed session pursuant to Government Code
section 54957(b)(1) and S.F. Administrative Code section
67.10(b) [public employee performance, Q2 Police Officer]
d. Reconvene in open session. Vote whether to disclose any
or all of the discussions held in Closed Session pursuant to
S.F. Administrative Code section 67.12(a).
