2. Consideration and possible action regarding the request of the Chief of Police to withdraw disciplinary charges filed against Sergeant Leanna M. Dawydiak (File No. C04-160 JWA) and Sergeant Robert R. Bohanan (File No. C04-161 JWA) (ACTION ITEM)

3. Discussion and possible action to adopt decision denying Motion for Dismissal of Disciplinary Charges filed against Officer JamesO'Malley (File No. C05-056), Officer Timothy Paine (File No. C05-057), Officer Ferdinand Dimapasoc (File No. C05-058), and Officer Owen Sweeney, III (File No. C05-059) under Government Code 3304(d) (ACTION ITEM)

The Commission may decide to consider Items #2 and #3 in whole or in part in Closed Session pursuant to Government Code sections 54956.9 [conference with legal counsel, existing litigation: Rapagnani v. City and County of San Francisco, C05-2099] and 54957(b)(1), and S.F. Administrative Code sections 67.10(b) and 67.10(d), in which case:

a. Public Comment on all matters pertaining to the Closed Session

b. Vote on whether to convene to Closed Session

c. Reconvene to open session:

i. Possible report on action taken in Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code section 54957.1 and S.F. Administrative Code section 67.12(b).

ii. Vote whether to disclose any or all of the discussions held in Closed Session pursuant to S.F. Administrative Code section 67.12(a)

PLEASE NOTE: The Police Commission will be holding a Special Meeting this month at a location other than City Hall.

1. The Commission will not meet on Wednesday, November 23, 2005.

2. The Commission will hold its Community Meeting at the Richmond District, Jewish Community Center, 3200 California Street (at Presidio), at 6:00 p.m., on Wednesday, November 30, 2005, to hear comments from the public and Richmond Station Captain Sandra Tong concerning public protections issues in the Richmond District.
