2. Consideration and possible action regarding the request of the Chief of Police to withdraw disciplinary charges filed against Sergeant Leanna M. Dawydiak (File No. C04-160 JWA) and Sergeant Robert R. Bohanan (File No. C04-161 JWA) (ACTION ITEM)
3. Public Employee Performance Evaluation: Chief of Police (review of findings and decision regarding return of officer to duty following officer-involved shooting, Case No. 05-07)
4. Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation
Initiation of litigation pursuant to subdivision (c) of Government Code section 54956.9

The Commission may decide to consider Item #2 in whole or in part, and will consider Items #3 and #4 in Closed Session pursuant to:
For Item #2: Government Code sections 54956.9(a) [conference with legal counsel, existing litigation: Rapagnani v. City and County of San Francisco, C05-2099] and 54957(b)(1), and S.F. Administrative Code sections 67.10(b) and 67.10(d);
