1. Discussion and possible action to grant or deny Motion for Dismissal of Disciplinary Charges filed against Captain Gregory Corrales (File No. C04-123 JWF), Lieutenant Henry Parra (File No. C04-124 JWF), Lieutenant Ed Cota (File No. C04-120 JWF), Sergeant John Syme (File No. C04-121 JWF), Inspector Paul Falconer (File No. C04-119 JWF), Officer Gene Cornyn (File No. C04-125 JWF), and Officer Dan Miller (File No. C04-122 JWF) under Government Code 3304(d) (ACTION ITEM)

The following time limits will apply:

Charged officers= opening argument: up to ten (10) minutes

OCC=s opening argument: up to ten (10) minutes

Charged officers' closing argument: up to five (5) minutes

The Commission may decide to consider Item #1 in whole or in part in Closed Session pursuant to Government Code sections 54957(b), and S.F. Administrative Code sections 67.10(b), in which case:

c. Reconvene to open session:

(Members of the public may address the Police Commission for up to three minutes on items that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Commission but do not appear on the agenda. Speakers shall address their remarks to the Commission as a whole and not to individual Commissioners or Department personnel. Under Police Commission Rules of Order, during Public Comment, Commissioners are not to enter into debate or discussion with speakers.)

3. Discussion and possible action to make recommendations to the Board of Supervisors regarding proposed ordinance establishing a one-year pilot program requiring foot patrols in crime-impacted areas of Northern and Park Police District Stations (Board File No. 060700) (ACTION ITEM)

4. Discussion and possible action to make recommendations to the Board of Supervisors regarding a proposed ordinance requiring that District Station boundaries be reviewed every ten (10) years and setting procedures for such review (Board File No. 060795) (ACTION ITEM)
