The following time limits will apply:

Charged officer's opening argument: up to ten (10) minutes

Department's opening argument: up to ten (10) minutes

Charged officer's closing argument: up to five (5) minutes

b. Pursuant to Government Code sections 54957(b), and S.F. Administrative Code sections 67.10(b), Penal Code 832.7:
