5. Discussion and possible action to take off calendar indefinitely the disciplinary charges filed against Patrol Special Lisa M. Wiley (File No. KMO C06-041) who resigned her position as Patrol Special Officer. Said disciplinary charges will be placed back on calendar should said Patrol Special Officer be within the jurisdiction of the Police Commission in the future (ACTION ITEM)

a. Commission Announcements

- Assignment of Disciplinary Charges filed against Patrol Special Alan Byard (Case No. KMO C09-157) to an individual Commissioner for the taking of evidence on a date to be determined by the Commissioner
