- Approval of amendment to modify the Document Protocol Appendix to Include SFPD’s Daily Equipment Sign-In & Out Form as a Routine Request

- Request of the Chief of Police to accept donation of $1,000.00 from the television series “Trauma” for use of the SFPD’s Mounted Unit

4. Discussion on proposed “Sit and Lie” Ordinance amending the San Francisco Police Code (DISCUSSION ONLY)

5. Discussion and possible action to take off calendar indefinitely the disciplinary charges filed in Case No. JWA C10-050. Member involved retired from the Department, effective February 11, 2010. Said disciplinary charges will be placed back on calendar should said member be within the jurisdiction of the Police Commission in the future (ACTION ITEM)

6. Routine Administrative Business (DISCUSSION ONLY)

a. Commission Announcement

- Assignment of Disciplinary Charges filed in Case Nos. IVF C10-058, IVF C10- 059, IVF C10-00, and IVF C10-061 to an individual Commissioner for the taking of evidence on a date to be determined by the Commissioner
