2.    General Public Comment

    (The public is now welcome to address the Commission regarding items that do not appear on tonight’s agenda but that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Commission.  Speakers shall address their remarks to the Commission as a whole and not to individual Commissioners or Department or OCC personnel.  Under Police Commission Rules of Order, during public comment, neither Police or OCC personnel, nor Commissioners are required to respond to questions presented by the public but, may provide a brief response.  Individual Commissioners and Police and OCC personnel should refrain, however, from entering into any debates or discussion with speakers during public comment.  Please limit your comments to three (3) minutes.)

4.    Discussion and possible action to appoint Moises Romero as Assistant Patrol Special Officer to Patrol Special Officer Calvin Wiley, or to take other action (ACTION)


5.    Discussion and possible action to recommend that the Board of Supervisors adopt a resolution retroactively approving the agreement between the San Francisco Police Department and the San Francisco Housing Authority for the Police Department to provide supplemental law enforcement services at designated Housing Authority developments and for the Housing Authority to pay the City $1,000,000 in Fiscal Year 2011-2012 for those supplemental law enforcement services, or to take other action regarding the proposed resolution or contract (ACTION)



6.    Discussion and possible action to recommend that the Board of Supervisors adopt a resolution retroactively approving the agreement between the San Francisco Police Department and the San Francisco Housing Authority for the Police Department to provide supplemental law enforcement services at designated Housing Authority developments and for the Housing Authority to pay the City $1,115,000 in Fiscal Year 2012-2013 and $1,300,000 in Fiscal Year 2013-2014 for those supplemental law enforcement services, or to take other action regarding the proposed resolution or contract (ACTION)


7.    Public comment on all matters pertaining to Item 9 below, Closed Session, including public comment on vote whether to hold Item 9 in closed session.


8.    Vote on whether to hold Item 9 in closed session, including vote on whether to assert the attorney-client privilege with regard to Items 9(a) & (b) (San Francisco Administrative Code Section 67.10) (ACTION)

        Code Section 67.10(b) and Penal Code Section 832.7:

    PERSONNEL EXCEPTION:   Assignment of disciplinary charges filed in Case No. ALW-IAD 2012-0478, to an individual Commissioner for the taking of evidence on a date to be determined by the Commissioner (DISCUSSION)


    e.    Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 and San Francisco Administrative

        Code Section 67.10(b) and Penal Code Section 832.7:

        PERSONNEL EXCEPTION:  Discussion and possible action to decide penalty on a     sustained specification filed in Case No. JWA C11-194/IAD 2010-0210, or take other     action (ACTION)


    f.    Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957(b)(1) and San Francisco Administrative     Code Section 67.10(b) and Penal Code Section 832.7: (DISCUSSION)
