The meeting was called to order by Chair, Corinne Woods at 3:20 p.m.

2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES

The minutes of September 14, 2004, October 5, 2004, November 9, 2004 and December 14, 2004 were approved as written.

3. DRAFT TASK FORCE REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS [Discussion Item and Possible Action Item]

After agreeing to the format, the Task Force voted unanimously to adopt the final report.

4. ADJOURNMENT

The meeting was adjourned at 5:00 p.m.
