1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL

The meeting was called to order by Chair Corinne Woods at 4:30 p.m.

2. DRAFT TASK FORCE REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS [Discussion Item and Possible Action Item]

The Task Force discussed the report and agreed to cancel the next regular meeting of January 4, 2005 and scheduled a Special Meeting for January 11, 2005.

3. ADJOURNMENT

The meeting was adjourned at 5:35 p.m.
