1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Chair Peter Cohen called the meeting to order at 4:15 p.m. There was no quorum.

2. ANNOUNCEMENTS
Chair Cohen announced that he addressed the Planning Commission at the January 18th meeting regarding the Industrial Controls in the Bayview Plan.
3. PROGRESS ON BSBAB REPORT TO THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
The members present discussed how best to publicize and implement the Advisory Board recommendations when the group completes its work.
4. PROGRESS ON THE BSBAB REPORT
Members present discussed sections of the report.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
