1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Chair Peter Cohen called the meeting to order at 4:15 p.m.

2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Moved by Mr. Lupo and seconded by Mr. Guidry, the minutes of the meetings of January 10, 2007 and February 21, 2007 were unanimously approved as written.
3. ANNOUNCEMENTS
Chair Peter Cohen announced that the Planning Commission would hear the Bayview controls at the April 12, 2007 meeting. He also reported that he had met with Supervisor Maxwell to review the work of the Advisory Board. She stated that she believes the Advisory Board is helping to form good policy.
4. PROGRESS ON BSBAB REPORT
Chair Cohen asked the group to set a deadline. March 21st was the agreed-upon date for completion of the first draft. After discussion of sections on which members were working, it was agreed that report should include best practices, recommendations and photos.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 5:20 p.m.
