1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order by Chair Peter Cohen at 4:10 p.m.
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes of the meeting of December 7, 2005 were approved as written.
3. GUEST PRESENTATION: MARGOT LEDERER PRADO (OAKLAND REDEVELOPMENT) AND DAVE JOHNSON (OAKLAND COMMERCE CORP.)
Ms. Prado spoke about the Industrial Zoning Regulation Report on Oakland.
4. UPDATE BY MOEWD ON CITY'S ECONOMIC PLAN
Jennifer Matz introduced Ted Eagan of ICF Consulting provided an overview of the plan. Study will: analyze linkages between small businesses and other sectors of the City's economy; profile workforce skills of people in SF; will identify priority industries; will be for SF residents, not for an imported or regional workforce.
