The meeting was called to order by Chair Peter Cohen at 5:10 p.m. when quorum was achieved.

Members discussed ideas for the format of the report which the group will present to the Board of Supervisors.

3. REPORT RECOMMENDATIONS

Chair Peter Cohen reviewed the draft report recommendations with the group.
