1. Call to order and roll call
The meeting was called to order by Task Force Chair Michelle Aldrich at 9:01 a.m.

2. Approval of Minutes of April 15, 2011 meeting
There were no public comments. Minutes were approved.
3. Approval of Agenda for April 29, 2011 meeting]
Discussion was held, public comments made, and the following was approved:
• Move item #11 (Definition of MCD, proposed amendments) after special order of guest speaker
4. Public Comments
Public comments were made.
5. Review meeting format and discuss questions to be presented to guest speakers.
Questions to be asked of guest speaker from prepared list, then questions from any task force members, and finally questions from the public will be taken.
6. Discussion held on Task Force focus in accomplishing annual report.
7. Presentations and Q&A by City officials
Dan Sider, Ombudsman at the San Francisco Planning Department, answered prepared questions from the task force, task force members, and members of the public.
8. Topics for consideration at future task force meetings
• Guest speakers from Public Health Department
• Move topic of Definition of MCD proposed amendments towards the top of the agenda
9. Announcement made that the Legislative/Legal Committee will next meet on May 13, 2011, 1:00pm, in room 370
10. Adjournment
