MINUTES

1. Call to order and roll call
The meeting was called to order by Task Force Chair Raymond Gamley at 9:02 a.m., waited for quorum, and began the meeting at 9:08 a.m.

2. Approval of Minutes of July 29, 2011 meeting
Public comments were heard. Minutes were approved.

3. Motion made that the minutes (of meetings) will be available on the website 72 hours in advance of the meeting at which they will be discussed and approved, and public comments will be recorded accurately by the public and added to the minutes.
Vote was taken and the motion did not pass.

4. Approval of Agenda for August 19, 2011 meeting
Select members of the task force left the meeting. Discussion, public comments, and approval did not occur, due to lack of quorum.

5. Adjournment
Meeting adjourned at 9:29 a.m.
