POTRERO POWER PLANT CITIZENS ADVISORY TASK FORCE

1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL

The meeting was called to order by Chair Philip DeAndrade at 4:35 p.m.

2. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES

The minutes of the May 10^th and May 24^th meetings were approved.

3. DISCUSSION REGARDING THE CEC PRELIMINARY STAFF ASSESSMENT OF MIRANT’S APPLICATION

Mr. DeAndrade presented a draft of a response to the PSA for the Task Force’s consideration composed by himself and Steve Moss, an intervenor in the application process who lives on Potrero Hill.

After discussion of the PSA and suggestions for the Task Force response, Ms. Drefke moved that the Task Force authorize Mr. DeAndrade to summarize and edit the agreed-upon comments on the PSA and forward the official response to Deputy City Attorney Jackie Minor for inclusion in the City’s response to the PSA. The Task Force also agreed to include both of its reports to the Board of Supervisors in its response. Mr. Millet seconded the motion and it was unanimously adopted.

The meeting was adjourned at 5:50 p.m.
