1. Review Agenda/Minutes
Stephanie Moved to approve minutes, Gloria seconded. All in favor of approving
minutes as is.
2. Future Meeting Schedule
These committee meetings will be from 12:00-1:30pm on the fourth Mondays of each month at DPH, except for quarterly meeting at City Hall. This time slot might allow SFUSD School Health Asthma Nurse to participate more regularly.
3. Child Care Workgroup
· Wu Yee did a training in Cantonese to 30 child care sites and we provided information and training materials.
· DPH has been delivering posters to child care sites and we have distributed to the two child care associations
· Gateway is committed to training all child care sites in the city
ü Anjali will send Neil a copy of the SF Foundation grant
4. End of Year Report to BOE
ü Stephanie will clarify questions around CDP report
- Questions still remain regarding facilities work
- Will connect with Director of School Health Programs
- Will connect with School Board contact
5. Tools for Schools (TfS)
- Jackie presented her portion of the report for the Board
- Stacey is meeting with CDC site administrator re: participation in TfS for summer
- Stipends are still an issue
- Re: Peabody Jackie was able to link the site issues with facilities and is being supported to stay focused on her role and not get pulled into issues beyond her scope of work.

- SFUSD’s 5-year strategic plan has been released and is available on the website
- Prop A passed – parcel tax measure
