Williams Settlement Remedies – how they might help address IAQ issues

District's response to teacher/student complaints, the district's reimbursement from the state for making "emergency repairs", the District's responsibility for assessing the physical condition of each low performing school [about a third of all schools] regarding the need to make emergency repairs, and the cost of maintaining and repairing all schools in the District, oversight and oversight reports by non-District persons, reports required to be made by the District, etc.

     Follow up from Planning Committee discussion with Karen Cohn & Neil Gendel on addressing environmental objectives
