Peg announced that ATF can apply for a grant for food from Kaiser. Anjali will talk to Gayle Aikins- also needs to ask about logistics, does KP provide certificates, do speakers need 3 references, can KP handle registrations?

No one on committee attended AAE conference. Will ask feedback from San Mateo.
Grant Funding Update
CPMC- Hospitalization Study: waiting to hear back from SFGH/UCSF IRB
Kaiser- will begin trainings with St. Anthony’s Health Clinic in August. Gail will do first training. Jim Stout, George Su also to provide trainings. Received $25K for phase 2 of project
Announcements
Nadine Burke’s office is asking for a general asthma letter, similar to that used at Nan’s clinic and Peninsula Medical Legal Partnership. Can clinical committee create sample letter to be distributed? Will be on next agenda.
What other forms, letters can clinical committee distribute? Action plan should be generalized- SFUSD forms should be formed into one form with one signature.
