- Future Network Meetings
- Peg mentioned that May is a bad month for meetings, it is the hayfever season, and 7 of the Kaiser staff will have to leave the network meeting at lunch.
- Meetings once a year may be more useful, but 2x a year could also be okay, if the meetings were held in different months, perhaps March/September. These questions can be added to the evaluation. Will also ask how long meetings should be (1/2 day, full day).
- October meeting will be held at KP- could potentially get grant to pay for food costs.
- Marie also suggests that questions be asked of participants about the feedback they have regarding asthma management in schools. What is occurring from a clinician point of view.
- Stephanie pointed out that the CPMC focus groups have brought these ideas up as well with clinicians. Marie would like focus group findings brought to the ATF- could influence future network meetings.
- Anjali asks if we could offer to network participants to come observe SFGH asthma clinic. People could visit on specific days. Nan agreed with idea.
- Sustainability
· Anjali clarified future CAFA funding restrictions re: clinical work.
· Peg asked what is occurring with website. Maternal Child Health has R/R hotline and asthma information. Are people utilizing- we should check in with them. Dr. Ziering no longer with MCH- DR. Wolf new head- needs a check in re: asthma resources and script for calls.
