Introductions & Sign In Alicia Schwartz, Organizer with POWER (People Organized to Win Employment Rights) Facilitator: Karen Cohn Recorder: Anjali Nath
1. Review Agenda and Minutes Louise Kimbell informed that DBI has been told by City Atty that DBI has the authority to do inspections at SFHA.
2. Finalize Karen’s Edit of MOU & Update on Camera Purchase Purchaser informed FLIR that bid will be cancelled unless they comply. Process is being stalled. Committee will Alicia said that the flyers for tenants were very useful and they are being distributed at meetings, etc. Karen updated Alicia on ATF’s history and Environmental Committee’s work. Members reviewed and edited MOU. Neil and Louise had emailed edits prior to meeting which we reviewed as well.	Karen/Anjali will contact Connie Chan to request assistance with moving the process forward. Louise/Karen will follow up with purchaser and FLIR to remedy issues Anjali will incorporate suggestions for MOU changes and email out for final approval.
3. Preparation for SFHA hearing Due to delay in camera purchase committee agreed that it does not make sense to schedule the hearing yet. Connie Chan informed Anjali that Supervisor Maxwell would like to meet with the Environmental Committee and next with SFHA Director. Committee will still plan to meet with SFHA Management and Maintenance after and will schedule a hearing. Friday, June 9^th, 12-1pm we will meet with Supervisor Maxwell to discuss plan and next steps	Anjali will help prepare for June 9^th mtg. with Supervisor Maxwell Anjali will forward SFHA Recommendations grid to Alicia
4. Brainstorm about tenant evaluation measures (CAFA Priority Outcome) - tabled
