Gloria would like to look for funding to really put together a roving case management team model. i.e. Have a nurse and NP, set up a system, stay for a month or two, train, move on to next site. Could have providers who are not part of an integrated system. Could figure out how to bill. If we could fund on a federal level. i.e California Health Care Foundation.
