b.       ATF Website Development – Do we need to have meeting notices on both ATF and DPH sites?  Can we just link ATF site to DPH site?

 

IV.      Fiscal Report (15 mins)

a.        Updates on expenditure of funds from Board of Supervisors

                                             i.      Final Report to the Board for FY ’05-06 – Anjali resent

b.       Update on any new grant opportunities

 

V.      Update on membership (10 mins)

a.        Resignations/Vacancies/ New applicants/New members

b.       Review new seat and membership list for accuracy

 

VI.      Continuing Discussion in Prep for ATF sunset (40 min)

a.        What are we looking to set in place before ATF sunsets?

b.       Consider: Evaluation/Community Connections, Sustainability, Planning, Communication, DPH

c.        Solidifying ATF Communications Plan: Public Communication/Awareness & Media Buys

                                             i.      i.e. housing, tenant rights and consumer products –start designing and purchasing ads – getting education as an asthmatic, pushing edge of policy; Tenant rights/code enforcement info developed by DPH
