Debrief April 3, 2009 Asthma Updates

.

  • April Asthma Updates went well.
  • Have not seen the evaluation summary.
  • The informal responses were positive
  • There is data to be analyzed re pre-test, and job self-assessment form.
  • It was difficult for facilitators to hear during the small group case study sessions. As people spoke the room got very noisy. We may want to rethink how to how to manage case studies again.
  • Ngoc Ly is an excellent presenter and someone we may want to call on more frequently.
  • Gail Tang revised presentation was sent to all attendees as promised. Her presentation was also excellent.
  • Motivational Interviewing demonstration was well received. We may want to do more of these in the future dealing with difficult patient communication and compliance issues.

Gloria will follow-up with the data.

Peg to get evaluation summary to share.

Gloria will send out Ngoc Ly presentation

Gloria to follow up—but George has child with health issues need update before comfortable following up. Also, Gail Herrick has indicated that Dr. Janet Diaz is interested in being a speaker so she may be a possibility as a back up. She is from the ICU at SFGH.
