Development and approval of the metrics and reporting of bicycling growth
9. Actions of the BART Bicycle Task Force – The BBTF (http://bart.gov/guide/bikes/bikes_task_force.asp) has long been active in advocating bicyclist’s interests on the transit system. Members are appointed from the participating counties’ BAC organizations. Dave Velo, otherwise known as BikeDave, will give a short presentation, followed by seat assignment.
Action: Nomination and election for a vacant seat on the BBTF

10. Bicycle Plan EIR – On March 13, the Planning Department issued the Initial Study for review and comment. Written comments will be accepted until April 14, 2008. The study is accessible online at www.sfplanning.org/mea or directly at http://www.sfgov.org/ftp/uploadedfiles/planning/2007.0347E-%20The%20San%20Francisco%20Bicycle%20Plan%20Project%20NOA-IS.pdf. The intent of the review is to determine if there comments are needed that reference the scope of the EIR rather than acceptance of particular or specific projects.
Action: Possible Letter of Comments to the scope of the EIR
