1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order by Task Force Chair Jody Sanford at 4:15 p.m.

2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
With a motion from Mr. Yee, seconded by Mr. Miller, the minutes from March 3, 2010 were approved as written.
3. PUBLIC COMMENT
Public comment was offered by Mr. Brent Turner on the topic of the Federal Voter Assistance Program, military oversees voting, and related implications.
4. DISCUSSION OF REVISIONS TO THE DRAFT “Recommendations Under Consideration” DOCUMENT [Discussion Item]
VSTF members reviewed public comments received and made adjustments to the draft document. Members agreed they would attempt to hold public VSTF meetings twice a month for the remainder of 2010 as schedules and room availability permit.
5. ITEMS FOR NEXT MEETING AGENDA
Reviewing public comment and updating the draft document will be taken up at the next meeting.
6. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 6:04 p.m.
