1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order by Task Force Chair Jody Sanford at 4:18 p.m.

2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
With a motion from Mr. Donaldson, seconded by Mr. Soper, the minutes from April 7, 2010 were approved with one minor correction.
3. PUBLIC COMMENT
No member of the public was present.
4. DISCUSSION OF REVISIONS TO THE DRAFT “Recommendations Under Consideration” DOCUMENT [Discussion Item]
VSTF members concluded their review of comments received from the public and continued to make adjustments to the draft document, with the goal of finalizing a list of draft recommendations that would form the basis for additional research. Members discussed the scope and organization of the final document.
5. ITEMS FOR NEXT MEETING AGENDA
Continuing refinement of the draft document will be taken up at the next meeting.
6. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 6:14 p.m.
