Deputy City Attorney Jennifer Williams will review confidentiality, state and federal laws, and as it pertains to the Committee's policies.

The Committee will review two draft letters, one to the Board and one to the Mayor, emphasizing the need for a 24 hour resource center, for men and women, as listed in the Standards of Care.

A. Staff Report Bernice Casey 5 min
Ms. Casey will provide a monthly staff report to the Committee which includes an information report on requests made by the Committee at previous meetings.

Accessible curbside parking is available on Oak and Hickory Streets.
The ringing of and use of cell phones, pagers, and similar sound producing electronic devices are prohibited at this meeting. Please be advised that the Chair may order the removal from the meeting room of any person(s) responsible for the ringing or use of a cell phone, pager or other similar sound-producing electronic devices.
