The Committee will discuss alternate ways of getting feedback from clients in the shelters, specifically about concerns.
B. Americans with Disability Act Overview Susan Mizner 20 min
Executive Director Susan Mizner with the Mayor's Office on Disability will provide an overview on the ADA and shelters.
V. OLD BUSINESS ACTION/DISCUSSION
A. Property Rights Quintin Mecke 25 min
The Committee will discuss what property rights, including grievance policies, clients have at shelters and City-managed storage locations.
VI. INFORMATION REQUESTS ACTION/DISCUSSION
A. Staff Report Bernice Casey 15 min
Ms. Casey will provide a monthly staff report to the Committee which includes an information report on requests made by the Committee at previous meetings.

Accessible curbside parking is available on Oak and Hickory Streets.
The ringing of and use of cell phones, pagers, and similar sound producing electronic devices are prohibited at this meeting.
