Bevan Dufty, Director of HOPE, Housing Opportunity, Partnerships and Engagement, will provide an update from his office.

IV. NEW BUSINESS DISCUSSION/ACTION
A. Coordinated Assessment Megan Owens 20 min
Local Homeless Coordinating Board Policy Analyst Megan Owens will provide an update on the Coordinated Assessment/Coordinated Entry Implementation process.

B. Human Rights Commission Mullahne Ahern 20 min
Human Rights Commission (HRC) Director of Discrimination Investigations & Mediations will discuss the complaint process for the HRC for clients in shelter whose complaints allege discrimination based on a protected class.

C. 311 Reservation System Chair Kimura 20 min
The Committee will review the first month of the 311 Reservations Systems.

D. Interfaith Council Chair Kimura 5 min
The Committee will review letters to the Interfaith Council applauding their cooperation with the winter shelters.

V. INFORMATION REQUESTS DISCUSSION
A. Information Requests Chair Kimura 5 min
The Committee will put forward any items discussed during the meeting requiring an Information Request from a City & County of San Francisco agency or contracted agency. The Committee will review previous Information Requests responses.

B. Staff Report Committee Staff 10 min
Committee staff will review the March 2014 staff report.

Accessible curbside parking is available on Oak and Hickory Streets.

The ringing of and use of cell phones, pagers, and similar sound producing electronic devices are prohibited at this meeting. Please be advised that the Chair may order the removal from the meeting room of any person(s) responsible for the ringing or use of a cell phone, pager or other similar sound-producing electronic devices.
