2. Mapping. (Discussion and possible action.) The Task Force will hear public input and modify the working draft map. [Attachment: Working Draft Map 2/6/12.] [NOTE: The Task Force may modify the working draft map at its February 17, 2012, meeting, after publication of this agenda. If the Task Force adopts a revised working draft map on February 17, 2012, the map will be available for public inspection at City Hall, Room 244, Reception Desk, and on-line at sfgov.org/rdtf. The revised map, if any, will be made available as soon as possible and no later than February 22, 2012.]

3. Task Force Budget. (Discussion and possible action.) The Task Force will review its current budget and expenses.

4. Community Outreach. (Discussion.) The Task Force will review current and future outreach activities, including questions relating to a question survey and media outreach.

5. Task Force Member Reports. (Discussion and possible action.) Individual members of the Task Force will report on their work assignments and discussions with members of the public or public officials concerning the Task Force's future work. Work assignments include: outreach to ethnic media (Member Mondejar), outreach to neighborhood groups (Member Alonso), data (Member Pilpel), social media (Member Schreiber), budget (Member Lam), ambassadorship (Chair McDonnell), and scheduling of meetings (Member Tidwell).

6. Public Comment. Members of the public may address the Task Force on matters that are within the Task Force's jurisdiction, but not on today's agenda.

7. Future Agenda Items. (Discussion and possible action)

Public Comment

Public Comment will be taken before or during the Task Force’s consideration of each agenda item. Speakers may address the Task Force for up to three minutes on that item. During General Public Comment, members of the public may address the Task Force on matters that are within the Task Force’s jurisdiction and are not on the agenda.

The ringing of and use of cell phones, pagers and similar sound-producing electronic devices are prohibited at this meeting. Please be advised that the Chair may order the removal from the meeting room of any person(s) responsible for the ringing or use of a cell phone, pager, or other similar sound-producing electronic devices.
