3. CITIZEN SURVEY OF INTEREST IN UNDERGROUNDING
TF member Josh Crandall volunteered to create an email poll to send out to San Francisco citizens for a voluntary sampling of citizens' views regarding undergrounding. Task Force discussed various ways to publicize the poll. TF agreed that survey would be available via email from August 15 to September 15. Was also agreed that link would be advertised through the Board of Supervisors' community emails, community groups, press releases, etc. Discussion of content ensued and Crandall was given authority to create the questions, drafts
and keep survey live for a month. Task Force staff, Jill Lerner will notify each of the Supervisors and request their assistance in publicizing the survey. Chris Coghlan moved that the Task Force approve the survey proposal; seconded by Dick Millet, motion passed unanimously.

Discussion ensued re types of questions to be included in survey.
