IX. Bylaws Ammendment- Sec. VI - insert after the first sentence: The Chairman must be informed twenty-four (24) hours prior to the beginning of the meeting of a member's inability to attend. The Chairman will make a reasonable judgement if the absence is to be excused. (Discussion and Possible Action Item)

X. Bylaws Ammendment- Add a second paragraph in Sec. VI : Committee participation shall also require absence notification twenty-four (24) hours prior to the beginning of the meeting. The committee chair / convener will make a reasonable judgement if the absence is to be excused. A committee meeting is to be regarded as a scheduled meeting. (Discussion and Possible Action Item)

XI. Bylaws Ammendment- Add a third paragraph in Sec. VI : Members arriving more than fifteen (15) minutes after the scheduled meeting time will be considered tardy. Two tardy arrivals shall be equivalent to an un-excused absence. (Discussion and Possible Action Item)
