5. Introduction and discussion on the Assessment Appeals Board Statement of Incompatible Activities as submitted April 14, 2008 to the Ethics Commission for approval. (as required pursuant to Proposition E.) (See Attachment "Item 5" – Statement of Incompatible Activities.)

6. Update by Marie Blits, Deputy City Attorney, on legal issues pertaining to or affecting the Assessment Appeals Board.
