ASSESSMENT APPEALS BOARD

In the Special Meeting of the Assessment Appeals Board Number of the City and County of San Francisco, Monday, December 17, 2001 at 10:00 a.m.

Presiding Board Member: Donald Schmidt

Deputy City Attorney: Claire Sylvia

A meeting was held to hear and review the merits and facts involving the taxpayer’s objection to Board Member Peter Fatooh sitting on the panel to hear the below listed applications for change in assessed value of property affecting the Assessment Roll. Parties present were Randy Burns of KPMG as agent for the taxpayer, Board Member Peter Fatooh, and Brenda Carlson, County Counsel of San Mateo County, as legal counsel for Peter Fatooh.

After hearing testimony from both parties, Board Member Schmidt instructed the taxpayer’s agent to submit a Statement of Objections under Oath by the actual taxpayer, Brobeck, Phleger, Harrison, by December 28, 2001. Board Member Schmidt then took certain actions, as specified under this date, on the matters before him:

There being no further business, the Board, at the hour of 11:15 a.m., recessed to reconvene Monday, January 7, 2002 at 9:30 a.m.
