RECONVENING OF THE BOARD

The Assessment Appeals Board reconvened at the hour of 1:30 p.m.

Present: Linda Trevino, Ronald Chun and Alec Lambie

Quorum present

Chairperson: Linda Trevino, Presiding

Deputy City Attorney: Marie Blits

The Board went into closed session at 3:10 p.m. and came back into open session at 3:50 p.m. and took the certain actions on the above specified appeals. The motion to subpoena Assessor’s records by the tax payer was denied. The Board decided in favor of the Tax Payer as to the seismic exemption issue and therefore allows 70(d) 3. The Board will take the change of ownership issue into submission.
