The Assessment Appeals Board No. 1 convened into closed session with counsel to review documents received to date regarding the Viacom Possessory Interest applications for reduction in assessed value.

There being no further business, the Board, at the hour of 12:35 p.m., recessed to reconvene on Monday, February 28, 2000.
