In the meeting of Assessment Appeals Board Number 1 of the City and County of San Francisco, Tuesday, November 28, 2000 at 9:32 a.m.
Present: Linda Trevino, Ronald Chun and Frank W. Mahoney
Quorum present
Chairperson: Ronald Chun, Presiding
The Board, at the hour of 9:55 a.m. convened into closed session to deliberate on applicant’s request for a postponement. At the hour of 10:00 a.m. the Board reconvened into open session and denied the applicant’s request.
At the hour of 10:05 a.m., the Board then recessed to reconvene at 1:30 p.m. to allow the applicant time to prepare for the hearing. However, the applicant withdrew all of the below applications for changed assessment prior to the Board reconvening at 1:30.
Therefore, the Board took certain actions, as specified under this date, on the following listed application(s) for change in the assessed valuation of property affecting the Assessment Roll for various years.
