The following listed applicant(s) for change in the assessed valuation of property affecting the Assessment Roll for various years being present and heard, the Board heard closing arguments from Kenneth Adelson, attorney for the taxpayer, followed by closing arguments from Andrew Cheng, attorney for the assessor’s office. The Board then heard brief rebuttal statements from Mr. Adelson, and took certain action, as specified under this date, on the original of the respective applications(s):
