ASSESSMENT APPEALS BOARD

In the meeting of Assessment Appeals Board Number 1 of the City and County of San Francisco, Monday, April 15, 2002 at 9:32 a.m.

Present: Peter Fatooh, Alec Lambie, and Frank Mahoney, III

Quorum present

Chairperson: Peter Fatooh, Presiding

Deputy City Attorney: Marie Blits

Certified Court Reporter present

The following listed applicant(s) for change in the assessed valuation of property affecting the Assessment Roll for various years being present and heard, the Board heard the Assessor’s cross examination by Ms. Chou of Mr. Bergstrom, witness for the taxpayer. Following Ms. Chou, Mr. Reeves, an expert witness for the Assessor’s office, cross examined Mr. Bergstrom.

At the hour of 12:00 noon, Commissioner Lambie excused himself from the proceedings. The hearing continued with a quorum of Chairman Fatooh and Commissioner Mahoney. At the conclusion of Mr. Reeves’ cross examination and a few questions asked of Mr. Bergstrom by Mr. Cheng, the Board took certain action, as specified under this date, on the original of the respective applications(s):
