In the meeting of Assessment Appeals Board Number 1 of the City and County of San Francisco, Friday, May 31, 2002 at 10:35 a.m.

Quorum present
Chairperson: Alec Lambie, Presiding
Deputy City Attorney: Rafal Offrinski
Court Reporter Present
The following listed applicant(s) for change in the assessed valuation of property affecting the Assessment Roll for various years being present and heard, the Board, in further responding to the May 28, 2002 letter from Robert Beach (attested to by Rod Divelbiss during the May 29, 2002 hearing) asserting an R&T Code §1604 challenge of the 3-member board panel, Chairperson Lambie read a written statement into the record from Commissioner Peter Fatooh, recusing himself from the current panel seated to hear the merits of the pending applications. Following that, Commissioner Mahoney recused himself from the panel, as did Chairperson Lambie.
After all three members recused themselves, the Administrator informed the parties that a new panel was in the process of being assembled, and that the evidentiary hearings for the below referenced applications would be continued to the tentative hearing date of June 5, 2002.
