ASSESSMENT APPEALS BOARD
In the special meeting of Assessment Appeals Board Number 1 for the City and County of San Francisco, Monday, October 6, 2003 at 9:40 a.m.

The Board opened its meeting, allowing for public comment, which there was none. The Board then heard from the applicant to consider the applicant’s request to place certain documents submitted as part of the approved Stipulation Agreement dated June 25, 2003 under seal as confidential trade secrets for the following application:

Following testimony from the applicant’s attorney, Peter Kanter, the Board agreed to place the Anticipated Life-Safety Capital Expenditures for 120 Montgomery (page 4 of the Stipulation Agreement) and the rent roll for 120 Montgomery (appearing on page 3 of the Stipulation Agreement) under seal. The Taxpayer was instructed to provide the Board with a redacted version of page 3, eliminating 120 Montgomery’s rent roll, but maintaining the three comparable rents shown for 690 Market Street.
There being no further business, the Board, at the hour of 10:03 a.m., recessed to reconvene at 1:30 p.m. this same day, Monday, October 6, 2003.

The Board opened its meeting at 1:30 p.m. in open session for public comment. There was no public comment given, so at the hour of 1:35, the Board went into closed session to deliberate the valuation of the below listed applications affecting the Assessment Roll.
At the hour of 2:00 a.m. the Board reconvened in open session and took action, as specified under this date, on the original of the respective applications:
